Stealing a leaf out of an old book, Dr. Luis Pepper tried to score large with the tournament by using his genius to create a small arena. with some good reveiws from the crowd, Pepper decides to buy the arena and name it after himself. He was later sued by a cola company and beaten to death afterward.
