The parameter TransferScaling in the ini-file defines how much of the damage will get the shooter or the victim. 0.0 means, that 0% of the damage gets the shooter, and 100% the victim, where 1.0 means, that 100% of the damages gets the shooter and 0% the victim. Default value is 0.5, what means, that both get 50% of the damage. NOTE: FRIENDLY FIRE MUST BE SET TO A VALUE BIGGER THAN ZERO! DEFAULT = 1.0
