Replaces all BioRifles and GrenadeLaunchers with the BombLayer which shoots highly explosive bombs with an alternate 4 second delay.By RamPage.

The BombLayer fires bombs which will explode on contact to players and vehicles, primary fire explodes once the bomb hits the ground, Alt fire has a 3 second delay to give you enough time to move out.
